StarMeUp
StarMeUp is a simple and intuitive application that allows you to capture moments of genuine recognition, stimulating positive interactions in the people of an organization.
Recognition. The users recognize their peers individually through stars that represent organizational values. The stars are visualized for the whole organization in order to spread the good deeds and the culture of recognition. The user can add comments to the stars and give “likes”.
Group recognition. Special type of recognition which is linked to actions carried out by a group of people who pursued and achieved a common goal.
Mentions and Hashtags. Through mentions the user can tag their peers in the stars in order to get involved and receive notifications of specific recognitions. Through the hashtags the user can establish topics that are of interest to the organization at a given time.
Notifications. Users are notified when they receive a star, receive group recognition, or are mentioned by their peers. These notifications can be through emails, notifications within the platform or push notifications for mobile devices..
Leaderboard. Visualization of user ranking about sending and receiving. Users are able to filter data by organization, offices, role, areas, among others.
Profile. Section that shows information related to the user, for example photo and data enabled by your organization such as office, role, among others. In addition you can see the sent and received stars, achievements, amoung other things.
Admin. Module for managing data of the organization, officces and users, configuration of multi-language values and restrictions, reporting and data filtering, configuration of notifications and hashtags, etc.
Analytics. Real-time control panel for relevant data analysis . The data is displayed in a simple and clear way with the possibility of adding filters for personalization. This module also allows the graphical visualization of the data as well as the possibility of exporting them.
BetterMe
BetterMe is an application that allows management of carrer development through the exchange of feedback and the monitoring of goals.
Feedback. Users can proactively send feedback to their colleagues about the competencies defined by the organization or about some skill. Additionally, they can ask their colleagues for feedback on any of the skills or abilities mentioned.
Goals. Users who have a team in charge can create goals for team members, follow up them and, ultimately, close these goals assigning a final note. If it is allowed by the organization, users can create goals for themselves. In this case, the leader is who must follow up on them.
Results. The users who have a team in charge can make a closing of results for their collaborators in which they evaluate all the goals that the person had to fulfill and the feedback received from the people with whom he worked. This evaluation is done through a note within the scale defined by the organization and a comment. The user who receives the evaluation can answer it saying if he agrees or not and leaving a comment.
My profile. Users can access to a summary of their feedback and their goals through “My Profile” section.
Admin. There is an administration panel that can only be accessed by users with certain special permissions where all the relevant configurations can be made and extract reports of everything that is happening on the platform.
BeThere
BeThere is an application that allows you to share what is happening in your organization, using peer-generated photos and videos to portray significant moments.
Upload photos and videos.Users can share photos and videos of what they are doing, projects they are working on, and events they are participating in. They can also comment on them and ‘like’ their co-workers’ posts.
Tags, Mentions and hashtags. Before sharing a photo, users can tag colleagues in it. Once posted, anyone can mention a colleague in the comments. They can also use hashtags in the descriptions to link the content to a specific topic.
Stickers and effects. When users create content, they can add stickers to the photo. Stickers can also be designed around special events and themes. They can also add predefined photographic effects.
User profile. Each user has a profile with all the photos and videos they’ve uploaded, photos in which they’ve been tagged, and the data related to their position in the organization.
Notifications. Users will receive a notification when:
Someone “likes” or leaves a comment on a photo they’ve uploaded;
They’re tagged in a photo another user uploaded;
They’re mentioned in a comment ona photo.
TakePart
TakePart is an application that allows you to send and vote ideas as well as answer questionnairs, encouraging consensus and collaboration within the organization.
Proposals. Each user can create a proposal for the sectors that the organization has configured.
Vote. Each user receives proposals according to the subscriptions he has chosen, given that each proposal is configured to the audience that will receive it. The voting is done with a deck of cards that the user drags to the left or right.
Social. Each proposal can be shared on social networks.
Questionnaires. The administrator users of the organization can create questionnaires with affirmations that the users will respond with the Likert method (answering how well they agree with each statement).
Dashboard. Administrators users can see the progress of the questionnaires, having an overview and a detailed view by question of how the users have responded. No details of user responses at the individual level.
Admin. In the administration panel the organization has access to the configuration of the platform, consultation of relevant data reports and creation of questionnaires.
